Lake Fork Premier Guide Service is my new baby. I gave a lot of thought as to where I would do this and decided that Lake Fork was a place I could not leave. I love the town, the people and most of all the lake. Fishing is my Passion and to be able to share my knowledge and love of fishing with people is something I have always dreamed of.Being a Professional Bass Angler I have learned so many tricks and tips to catch Bass. I realized that by sharing them I am insuring the future of this sport.

Whacking Them is a term used everyday in Tournament fishing. I can say I have used that word very loosely in the past ,but Sunday I Whacked Them. I have had a lot of good days on Lake Fork but none compared to Sunday. I hated to have to go to weigh in. I had to leave the fish still biting. I could have stayed until dark and still caught fish… and not small fish. I am talking 8 plus.
I entered the Media Bass Northeast Individual on Lake Fork tournament with hopes I could get a Big Bass. Lake Fork being a slot lake, that is normally what it takes to win. First thing I had a 10 plus blow up and lost it. I really was going in and started just to call it quits right than and there. I mean catching two big fish in one day we know that isnt likley. I pulled to my next spot and thought “ok no bite I am going in.” And there it was, a keeper. And one more, and then one more. I had five in a very short time. I culled at least three times. I won the tournament with 11.12 lbs and was I glad I just didn’t go in.
I can tell you the BITE is hot on Lake Fork right now. You want to catch some hogs Lake Fork is the place to be.
